女王的教室

Today .. my first time to teach in public. Although it's only a 學店 type of 'school', it's somewhat a new experience for me.

Well...7 students in total who had SIGNED the attendance list.

1 came in at 7:11
2 came in at 7:15
these 3 left at 9:00
2 came in at 7:45, left at 7:55 (or 8:00 whatever )
2 came in at 8:30, left at 9:30

The story goes like this. I started teaching at 7:15, amough those 3 ppl, 2 .. i didn't know what they are doing there.. they said they were being '呃左' to attend the class, so they didn't really have the mood to listen. Another guy seems okay though, at least he was listening. But for sure their standard is SOOOO LOW that I tried so hard to translate everything into Chinese!!!
The good thing is, they did sit through the whole thing and tried to stay awake. I did appreciate that geh....

2 ah suk came in late and stayed for 10-15 mins, didnt know what da hell they are doing. Why pay the money and not listening ?!?! Very rude, actually it's good that they left early. Don't annoy me!

A couple came in at 8:30 so that was already 2/3 of the material that i should teach with already. So actually i finished today's lecture at 9, and i rerun the first 2/3 of the class again for the couple. It was okay for me though, cos both of them were paying very much attention on my teaching and did try to drop down lots of notes. Sounds like really good students, and at least they understand more common English. At least i don't have to worry how to translate 'implement' 'material handling' 'deregulation' these kind of words into CHINESE... bloody hell !!
I actually forgot how to translate 'forecast' into Chinese ... well got it eventually tho.

Ok.. so that's it for my first day of teaching.
